By purchasing, downloading, or using WP ALPHA desktop software from getwpalpha.com or Gumroad, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Software License & Ownership

Upon purchase of a WP ALPHA license, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the software on your personal and commercial projects. You may use WP ALPHA to build and deploy unlimited websites for yourself and your agency clients. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or publicly distribute the core application source code.

2. WordPress Ecosystem & Third Parties

WP ALPHA generates standard WordPress content, sitemaps, and Schema markup compatible with standard self-hosted WordPress installations. We are not responsible for hosting downtime, third-party plugin conflicts, or external server configurations.

3. Refund Policy

Because WP ALPHA is an instantly downloadable digital software package with full access to desktop binaries, all sales are considered final once downloaded. However, if you experience any technical installation difficulty, founder Zohaib Noman provides direct one-on-one setup support via WhatsApp to resolve any issue.

4. Updates & Modifications

Your license includes lifetime updates to the WP ALPHA desktop software as updates, patches, and feature additions are released.
